Learn to meditate in 1 day
Understand what meditation is about and how to begin. No experience is needed. You don’t need to be able to sit still for long either: that’s what we practise.
- One day
- No experience needed
- In development: price and date to follow
Who this day is for
You want to understand what meditation is, what it’s about and how to do it. Maybe you’ve tried it before and weren’t sure whether you were doing it right. On this day you get an explanation and there is room for all your questions.
Explanation and practice
You learn about meditation and practise with posture, body and breath. There is room for questions about what you notice while practising.
Notice that your mind wanders? Then you’re doing it right: noticing is the practice.
After this day you know how to begin
A day of explanation and guided exercises. You learn the basics, so you know how to begin on your own afterwards.
Would you like to build a regular routine afterwards? Then the programme Make it a habit in 6 weeks fits.
Who guides you
I’m Jasper. I have meditated daily since 2015 and deepened my practice during three retreats of three months each, in Asia and Europe.
Personal practice is the foundation and the guidance is secular and clear. I don’t use titles I don’t have. More about me.
What’s still open
This day is in development. The format, price and start date have not been set. Sharing your interest is not an enrolment. It does help to choose a format that fits the people who want to take part.
Meditation guidance is not therapy. If you’re looking for help with psychological difficulties, have a look at Therapy.
Any other questions?
Do I need to know how to meditate?
When does it start and what does it cost?
Does completing the form enrol me?
Let me know what you are interested in.
All three programmes are in development. Your interest helps decide the format. I will personally get back to you within two working days.
