Resilience & Focus: perform sustainably without exhausting yourself
Pressure comes with many jobs. Ignoring the signs of overload doesn’t have to. In this programme, participants practise organising recovery, energy and attention more deliberately.
- For professionals and teams
- Practise with real work patterns
- In development: format and price to follow
Do you recognise this at work?
Resilience & Focus is for professionals and teams who want to keep functioning under pressure without ignoring signs of overload.
- Prolonged workload
- Constant switching
- Difficulty recovering
- Perfectionism
- Noticing boundaries too late
- Attention that keeps being interrupted
Recovery, energy and attention
The central theme is staying healthy while performing: organising recovery, energy and attention deliberately. Mindfulness is a way to practise here, not the end goal.
- Understanding stress and overload signals
- Organising recovery and mental energy
- Setting boundaries
- Directing attention
- Dealing with perfectionism
- Functioning sustainably
From work question to practice
Exercises are linked to real work patterns and to what participants can influence themselves. Structural causes are made visible. They are not reduced to individual resilience.
Explore your question
Which recurring work situation would you like to explore? An introductory conversation helps clarify what is happening.
Shape the approach together
We discuss what participants can practise and which conditions the organisation itself needs to address.
Practise in context
Explanation, self-inquiry and exercises are connected to real work situations.
Where are people losing energy unnecessarily?
And which part of that calls for skills, and which part for an organisational decision? That question is where the conversation begins. Not every problem is a training question. Sometimes the answer is fewer meetings.
What’s fixed and what isn’t yet
Format, duration, group size, location and price have not been fixed. An introductory session, a workshop, a one-day training or a longer programme are all possible. Self-Leadership will be shaped first.
Training is not psychological treatment. Nor does it solve structural problems such as an unrealistic workload, unsafe leadership or a poorly organised workplace. Those remain the responsibility of the client organisation.
